specific contact details (Phone number & e-mail) of the company/driver providing the

When you arrive at the pick-up location the driver will introduce himself and check if all the passengers who have booked the transport are present, or you might have to go to a nearby pick-up location, which is usually already pointed out in the pick-up address of the ride itself. The drivers will also take care of all your luggage and make sure it is safely stored in the back compartment of the vehicle.
