Basic Trip Information

Distance: 27km

Duration: 30 min. depending on the type of transfer and traffic

The start of the transfer

A multitude of transportation providers can pick you up at Haneda Airport, and in between Haneda and Tokyo or you can choose a fixed scheduled transport, should any already be scheduled for your trip time and route.
Along with the immediate confirmation of the booking, one day before the booked transfer, you will also receive a reminder from Shuttle Planet containing the booking summary. At any time, even before the booking you can communicate with any transport service provider through our messaging system, and should you choose to book a ride, you will be sent specific contact details (Phone number & e-mail) of the company/driver providing the service.

When you arrive at the pick-up location the driver will introduce himself and check if all the passengers who have booked the transport are present, or you might have to go to a nearby pick-up location, which is usually already pointed out in the pick-up address of the ride itself. The drivers will also take care of all your luggage and make sure it is safely stored in the back compartment of the vehicle. After all the passengers are safely and comfortably seated the ride can begin.

The drop-off

Upon your arrival to Tokyo or any of the stops along the way, depending on the type of transfer you booked the drop off will be either in the city centre or at the address you specified.

YOUR TESTIMONIALS

This is why we do what we do - help anyone get to any place

Scheduled a shared ride to Bath and got a door to door service for half the price of a cab ride. Shared the ride with a couple. I usually prefer to travel alone, but it was cheaper and took 7 minutes longer.

I scheduled my ride here, though waited a bit, but got a good offer in the end and spared myself some searching.
