From Tokyo Station, Kaihin-Makuhari Station can be reached by rapid (30 minutes) or local train (40 minutes) along the JR Keiyo Line (550 yen).

When you arrive at the pick-up location the driver will introduce himself and check if all the passengers who have booked the transport are present, or you might have to go to a nearby pick-up location, which is usually already pointed out in the pick-up address of the ride itself. The drivers will also take care of all your luggage and make sure it is safely stored in the back compartment of the vehicle. After all the passengers are safely and comfortably seated the ride can begin.
Upon your arrival to Makuhari Messe, the drop off will be at the entrance to the event venue.
